Five Tavuliata cooking classes
The activities are designed to enable participants to learn how to prepare a complete menu. Experienced cooks will teach you how to cover different types of dishes, from starters to desserts.
Each Saturday morning we will meet in the cosy kitchens of the cooks around Vesuvius. During the course, techniques and secrets of the local culinary tradition are passed on. Each lesson ends with a lunch dedicated to tasting the dishes prepared.
